FAQ
Go to the Free Classes page on our website and select the class on the calendar to register for it.
On our website's registration page, select the "Register" button next to the class to open the registration form to enroll in that class.
If you've taken a free class or regular class from us in the past, an online parent portal is automatically generated for you. Once you have a parent portal account with us, you must register for classes through the portal instead of through the website. You can access the parent portal HERE.
Our registration pages are separated out into in-person and online classes. Some classes are online only, while some are hybrid with both online and in-person students.
No. When your register, the registration fee and the tuition fee will automatically be posted to your account. That means you will see the payments due, but nothing will be charged. Within days of registering, the registration fee ($10/class) will be charged. The tuition fee will not be charged until classes start.
*NOTE: If using direct pay scholarship funds to pay, nothing will be charged to your card.
During the school year, yes. The automatic default is to pay monthly. If you want to pay upfront, mark that option when you register. You'll still automatically have the first month's tuition posted, but we can go in after and manually change the amount to pay upfront.
There's a space on the registration form to enter which program you're affiliated with and how you want to pay (direct pay, reimbursement, etc.) You can also write in if you need a receipt or invoice and we will email those statements to you.
If using direct pay, nothing will be charged to your card.
If your scholarship funds won't come in until after classes start, you may still attend classes when they start.
*NOTE: You must pay for school year upfront in order to use scholarship funds to pay.
At the end of the registration form, there is an option to add another student (the student does not need to be registered in the same class).
*NOTE: Online classes are charged per household, meaning that if all siblings are attending the same online class, only ONE of them needs to be enrolled but they can all attend. Siblings taking different online classes will still all need to be enrolled.
The multi-class discount will automatically apply when you register your second student and on.
The upfront payment discount must be applied manually on our end - there is an option on the registration form to mark that you want to pay upfront. You will automatically have the first month's tuition posted, but we will go in and manually change the amount to reflect the upfront payment.
In-person classes are charged per student, meaning every student who attends must register.
Online classes are charged per household, meaning only ONE student needs to be registered but all the siblings can attend.
If you're waitlisted for an online class, you'll most likely be able to join. If you're waitlisted for an in-person class, this is trickier as there are only so many seats available. Contact your instructor directly and we can try to work something out.
