Cooking
Your chef will gain an array of skills to build their confidence in the kitchen. Parents can learn right along with their child as we explore culinary traditions from around the world. Each class is accompanied by a short lesson on the country or region that the food originated from, sparking the curiosity of your chef. Classes will start off with very basic skills, learning how to properly and safely cut produce and measure ingredients. As the year progresses and your student gains confidence in the kitchen, the recipes will become more complex. We use our math skills to double and triple recipes, as well as cut them in half. Your child will gain the confidence to try new recipes on their own outside of the classroom.

A Global Cooking Adventure
Embark on a delicious journey across the globe! Each week, young chefs will explore a new country or region by learning to cook an authentic dish while discovering the culture, history, and traditions behind it. From Italian pasta to Singapore Noodles, Mexican tacos to Indian curry, students will expand their palettes and culinary skills as they prepare a variety of international meals.
In addition to hands-on cooking, each class will include a mini-lesson about the featured country or region, highlighting its geography, customs, and food traditions. Students will learn essential cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and ingredient origins while developing an appreciation for diverse cuisines.
By the end of the course, students will have built a collection of global recipes and a deeper understanding of how food connects people and cultures worldwide. Join us for this fun, flavorful, and educational culinary adventure!

Baking
Welcome to a fun and interactive online baking class! Young bakers will learn the basics of measuring, mixing, and baking while creating delicious treats from the comfort of their own kitchen. Each class will feature a step-by-step guided recipe, teaching essential baking techniques in an easy-to-follow and engaging way.
From cookies and cupcakes to breads and pastries, students will explore a variety of sweet and savory recipes while developing confidence in the kitchen. Along the way, they’ll learn about kitchen safety, ingredient science, and creative decorating tips. This class is perfect for kids who love to bake, experiment with flavors, and share homemade treats with family and friends!
